DESCRIPTION:Join us and other Neurodiverse adults in this easy-going fun and inclusive event  for Adult Fans! This LEGO Art Workshop is taught by Bridget and Leo – The Neurodiverse Art Team. In celebration of Disability Pride Month\, the ECB is happy to host this inclusive craft activity that is designed for Neurodiverse Adults\, Adults on the Spectrum\, and Individuals of all abilities. \nDive into thousands of LEGO bricks and build a cool Summer themed LEGO sculpture* on a hot Summer night. We understand it may be emotionally challenging for some to disassemble their LEGO creations but each person will be given photos of their creation at the end of the night. Participants must be at least 18 years old or older and can work independently. If a participant needs a caretaker or parent to assist with the project the assisting person does not need a ticket.  \n  \nCANCELATION & RESCHEDULING \nIt is the Participant’s responsibility to contact us prior to the event if they are unable to attend for any reason. If we as the Organizers need to reschedule an event there is no rescheduling fee\, and participants will be notified of any changes \nParticipants are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted 7 days in advance of the class date. Participants who submit a request 6 days or less in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or an opportunity to apply credit to a future class. If participants cancel the day of the class or do not show up during the class time they are ineligible for a refund. \nThere is a $25 rescheduling fee to reschedule a class. DESCRIPTION:Join us for Free First Friday! For the first Friday of each month there will be a Free Activity. If you’ve always wanted to try a class with us this is the perfect opportunity! RSVP is required\, 16 seats available.  \nSound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music\, such as from a sound bowl or gongs. Sound bowls create an immersive sound that fills the room and the body\, aiming to help participants relax and release stress\, worries\, and concerns. Embark on a journey of sound and this experience will guide you into the depths of your consciousness\, so you can shed tension and emerge feeling lighter. \nYou are welcome to bring your own beverage or snack.
