POP-UP SPACE
The Eclectic Chic Boutique offers space for Local Artist Pop Ups, Classes, and Workshops!
OUTDOOR SIDEWALK POP-UP
- Small Businesses & Artists: $50.00 a day.
- Non Profit Organization: $30.00 a day
- 20% off if two or more days are booked.
- Includes: Use of sidewalk space, listing on our events calendar page, inclusion in our E-Newsletter, Instagram Post, and Promotional image for you to use on your social media.
- You retain all sales of the day. If you opt for us to handle your transactions there is a 30% transaction fee on all sales.
- 3 hour time slot - $20 per additional hour
- Must submit a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks in advance
- Must provide own table, chairs, and displays
- If bringing own tent, must provide weights that are a minimum of 10 lbs per leg.
- Tables & chairs available to rent at additional $30.
CLASSROOM RENTAL
- Businesses & Artists: $65 per day
- Nonprofit Organization: $45 per day
- Community Events: There is no charge for Free or Community events. To qualify as a free event there should be no ticket sales or sales conducted during the event or to access the event. To qualify as a Community Event you must show that all or most proceeds from the event will be benefiting a cause or local organization.
- Includes: Use of classroom space, two 6ft by 3ft tables, 12 chairs, microwave, handwash sink, listing on our event calendar, and promotional image for you to use on your social media.
- Must submit a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks in advance
- 3 hour time slot - $20 per additional hour
- If you would like us to handle ticket sales for your event there is a 15% transaction fee on sales.
