Booking a Party Date requires a 50% deposit or payment in full in advance. The deposit secures your date and time of your event. The remainder of your balance is due the day of your event. We except cash or Credit Card, or ACH. We do not accept personal checks. If a payment fails the Host is informed and must process the payment in order for the event to be fulfilled. Failure to pay will result in the party being canceled. If the party balance isn't paid on the day of the event has been completed, The Eclectic Chic Boutique reserves the right to run the form of payment that was saved to the Host's account.


Party cancelation notice must be given by the host in the form of an email or phone call. Parties that are  that are canceled 7 days before their booked date are eligible for a full refund or a opportunity to reschedule their date. Private In Person Parties that are canceled 6 days or less in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or a opportunity to reschedule their date. Private In Person Parties that are canceled 24 hours or less in advance of a class are not eligible for a refund. They would need to pay a $25 fee to reschedule their party date.

The Eclectic Chic Boutique reserves the right to cancel a party for any reason should we feel that the we are unable to fulfill the party or due to disputes. The Host may be eligible to a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.


To reschedule a party, the host must submit a reschedule request in the form of an email or phone call. A minimum of 1 week notice must be given. Parties are allowed one reschedule. If a party is rescheduled more than once, the party is subject to a $25 reschedule fee for each instance of rescheduling. For parties that are held at one of our associated venues, reschedules are subject to the venues in house policies.


We ship out DIY Kits for Virtual Parties on our schedule and Private Virtual Classes so that they arrive a few days before the class date.

Hosts for private parties are responsible for providing accurate shipping information for their participants. We verify addresses before shipping to ensure accuracy. If an address is unable to be verified we inform the host. If the host confirms that the address is correct we can override the verification. Host and participants will be provided with tracking information. If a DIY Kit is returned to us because of a wrong address there is a $25 fee to reship the kit. In the event a kit is "lost" or is unable to be tracked, the host can request a replacement kit for a $45 fee. ​

During peak holiday seasons we ask hosts of private parties to consider expedited shipping when possible. Expedited shipping will incur an additional fee.


​Host is responsible to alert The Eclectic Chic Boutique abut any changes in participant count. If there are more participants than were originally submitted, the host is responsible for the balance difference. Additional kits are shipped when balance is paid. For In Person and Backyard Parties we need to ensure that the instuctor has enough materials for all those participating in activities.
