RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Quality and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, arrives defective, or needs adjusting, please contact us within 30 days upon receiving to discuss options.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, & REPLACEMENT
- Only unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Consumer is responsible to pay return shipping if the item was purchased online. Used items are not eligible for return.
- If a product arrives defective, the customer will be issued a refund, or can request repair or adjustment. There is no refund on original shipping charges unless the product was sent out in error.
- Customer also has the option to drop off the product to avoid shipping charges.
- Returns made after 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
REPAIRS & ADJUSTMENTS
Depending on the product purchased, certain items can be repaired or adjusted. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving item to discuss options. Items must be returned for repair or adjustment within 30 days and customer is responsible for return shipping. Customer will also have the option of dropping off the item to avoid shipping charges. Repairs and adjustments needed after 30 days of receiving item will be treated as a custom order.
Exchanges can be made on products of equal or lesser value from the same product line and brand in our physical storefront in Montclair, NJ. For products valued over the exchange, customer is responsible for the difference.
