Barbeque Rub Making Class

In this hands-on blending class, participants will learn the art and science behind a perfectly balanced BBQ dry rub — exploring sweet, smoky, savory, and heat. Each guest will craft their own custom spice blend, bottle it, and walk away with a rub that’s uniquely theirs. Light refreshments will be provided. No cooking experience necessary — just a love of good food and great flavor.

🎨 What Will I Make in the Class?
Each participant will create one custom BBQ dry rub blend, each bottled and labeled to take home. Guests will explore flavor profiles and build their blend from scratch.

🎁 What Will I Take Home?
At the end of the class, each participant will take home the one custom BBQ dry rub blend they made.

👪 What Age Group Can Participate In This Class?
This class is appropriate for Adults and Teens to participate in. Participants must be at least 18 years old or older and can work independently. If a participant needs a caretaker or parent to assist with the project the assisting person does not need a ticket.

📅 What Happens If I Need to Cancel?
It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact us prior to the event if they are unable to attend for any reason. If we as the Organizers need to cancel or reschedule an event participants will be notified of any changes using the contact info provided to us in the ticket purchase.
Participants are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted 7 days in advance of the class date. Participants who submit a request 6 days or less in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or an opportunity to apply credit to a future class. If a participant cancels the day of the class or does not show up during the class time they are ineligible for a refund.
