Magnet Madness Pride – Paint Your Own Magnets Workshop

Rainbows, unicorns, butterflies and more! Show your pride by making some colorful whimsical art. Learn how to use pottery glaze to make your own fun ceramic magnets. Each participant can choose up to five magnets to paint using special colored pottery glazes. All magnet blanks, glazes, and mid range firing is included in the prince. Other un-glazed blanks might include leaves, flowers, hearts, and more. Please come wearing clothes you don’t mind getting messy.

NOTE: After magnets are glazed, the instructor will hold onto the magnets in order to fire them. Participants will be contacted to pick up their magnets on another day.

🎨 What Will I Make in the Class?
Each participant will glaze up to five magnets.

🎁 What Will I Take Home?
Participants will be contacted at a later date to pick up their fired magnets.

👪 What Age Group Can Participate In This Class?
This class is appropriate for Adults and Teens to participate in. Participants must be at least 18 years old or older and can work independently. If a participant needs a caretaker or parent to assist with the project the assisting person does not need a ticket.

🧑‍🏫 Who is teaching this class?
Jacob Goldsmith

I’m the owner of Future Antiques (a pottery studio). I have 16 years of teaching experience and 7+ years of ceramic experience. My approach to pottery is home and garden designs with earthy whimsy. Dragons and mythical creatures are also part of my flare.

This In Person Class takes place at The Eclectic Chic Boutique located at 547 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair NJ.

You’re welcome to do so.

🚗 Where Do I Park?
We recommend parking in either the Maple Place Lot, located around the corner from the shop, or the Midtown Deck at 202 Glenridge Avenue Montclair. You can find more parking options on https://montclaircenter.com/parking/

📅 What Happens If I Need to Cancel?
It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact us prior to the event if they are unable to attend for any reason. If we as the Organizers need to cancel or reschedule an event participants will be notified of any changes using the contact info provided to us in the ticket purchase.
Participants are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted 7 days in advance of the class date. Participants who submit a request 6 days or less in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or an opportunity to apply credit to a future class. If a participant cancels the day of the class or does not show up during the class time they are ineligible for a refund.
