Thank You For 8 Years In Montclair!

After 8 amazing years in Montclair, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our brick & mortar store. Our final day will be July 24th. Opening a store allowed me to create a job for myself that accommodated my needs. It also allowed me to create a safe space in our community for the creative, queer, and neurodiverse. My store became more than just a business. It was my home, my happy place. As the store grew, I grew as a person along side it.

We survived the pandemic, connected with awesome vendors, made many friends, and accomplished so much. I’ve very proud of what I created. I kept pushing myself, trying to be on par with my peers, pivoting as technology and trends changed, but ultimately I burned myself out. Thank you so much to everyone who loved and supported us over the years. You were the ones who made it all worth it.

Our physical store may be closing, but ECB isn’t over. We’re scaling down, back to our roots. We’ll be going back to being an online store, and will be partnering with local venues to host our events. We will continue to vend at different craft shows and conventions around NJ and beyond.

• All classes & events – public and private – will still happen in July as scheduled
• All in person sales are final in the store starting July 1st.
• Any gift cards or coupons with valid dates will still be honored in person at the shop and at vendor events.
