The Eclectic Chic Boutique and Keep Creating Present “Resilience Through Art: Celebrating LGBTQ+ Expression”

This Pride Month, Keep Creating Art Wellness Center and The Eclectic Chic Boutique are proud to present Resilience Through Art: Celebrating LGBTQ+ Expression, a community-centered art exhibition honoring identity, creativity, and the power of self-expression among the LGBTQ community.
Curated by Kristen Zachares and Mia Cohn of Eclectic Chic, This exhibition will feature a diverse collection of artwork created by LGBTQ+ artists, highlighting personal stories, joy, struggle, transformation, and resilience through a wide range of artistic styles and mediums. From painting and illustration to mixed media and fiber arts, the show aims to create an inclusive and welcoming space where art becomes both celebration and conversation.
At its core, Resilience Through Art reflects a shared mission between The Eclectic Chic Boutique and Keep Creating: 2 small businesses building spaces where creativity is accessible, community-driven, and affirming for people of all backgrounds and abilities.
“Art gives people a way to be seen and heard beyond labels,” said Nanci Iovino, founder of Keep Creating. “This exhibition is about honoring authenticity, uplifting LGBTQ+ voices, and creating space for connection through creativity.”
Guests are invited to experience the exhibition throughout Pride Month, support local artists, and participate in community programming designed to encourage dialogue, visibility, and artistic exploration. The exhibition runs June 11th thru July 7th, opening reception is scheduled for June 12th.
