We use gluten-free, non-GMO oatmeal ground into a fine powder to exfoliate dead skin cells. Oats contain saponins, which means they are a natural cleanser, with a foamy soap-like quality when agitated in water.

To extend the life of your soap, allow it to dry in between uses.
