“I want my customers to look good and feel great!”
My godmother taught me to crochet when I was ten years old. In the late 80’s I attended Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and began my study of Fashion Design. One summer I took a jewelry making class. From that point forward jewelry and I have been best buddies. I’ve taken numerous classes and experimented widely to create my signature crocheted wire look. I unite my skills of crocheting and jewelry making to create my “Confetti Jewelry.” My pieces use various gauges of wire, pearls, Swarovski crystals as well as beads, gemstones and found objects to create my textural delights.
My artwork is inspired by nature, color, texture, architecture, emotions and geometry. I challenge myself to interpret what I’m feeling as I am inspired by these things. I believe you can use art as a communication tool, and I am rewarded by seeing my customers make those connections.
As a Reiki Master/Teacher, Vibrational Sound Therapist, Certified Crystal Healer and Jewelry Artist, my process includes cleansing each of my products using selenite and sound. I then infuse each piece with loving Reiki energy for the benefit of the wearer. It is important to me that my clients look good and feel great.
My other signature lines include my wire wrapped gemstones, that are used to create my hair vines and energy series of wire wrapped gemstones, which is another way to share positive energy with my customers.
I specialize in customer orders and I teach everything that I do, both holistic and artistic.
