Yerba Santa is an alternative to white sage and has slightly different properties. While it has the cleansing properties of white sage, yerba santa specifically helps to increase your connection to higher energies by opening the crown chakra and releasing emotional pain by opening the heart chakra.

Before burning, set your intentions. When burning sage have a shell or bowl to hold the sage and capture ash. Always have a window open while smudging to allow smoke to escape.

When shipping some shedding may occur.  Feel free to burn the shedded sage in a fire safe bowl.
